1. The hotel reserves the right of admission.
2. The rate on the registration card is per night, exclusive of applicable taxes.
3. Visitors and non-registered guests are not permitted in guest rooms after 18:00 hours.
4. The hotel will not be held for any valuables left by the Guest in the guest room or public areas, neither accept any liability for loss.
5. Check-in Time: 09:00 A.M. Checkout time is 08:00 A.M. If the Guest fail to checkout without approval, management is authorized to charge a half day tariff until 01:00 P.M. and a full day tariff thereafter as Early Check-in and Late Check-out Charges are Chargeable with half day room tariff basis depending upon room availability.
6. Request you to settle your bills once you exceed the pre-authorized amount/ advance paid.
7. In case of default in payment of dues by a guest, the management shall have the right to detain the belongings and sell or auction the same at any time after the departure without reference to the party.
8. Storing of articles or combustible or hazardous nature in the guest room is strictly prohibited.
9. Guest will be responsible for any loss or damage to the hotel property caused by themselves, their friends or any person for whom they are.
10. Guest are requested to observe the Government of India rules and regulations enforced from time to time with respect to registration, alcoholic drinks, smoking restrictions, Id Proofs, Fire alarms, Drugs, Sexual abuse, etc.
11. For Indian nationals only: All Cash Payments above Rs.50,000/- will require a copy of PAN Card.
12. The room Key Card shall be returned to the Front Desk upon departure, failing will attract a nominal charge @ Rs.300.00 + taxes.
13. In case of early departure, guest will be charged one night room charges as an early departure charge.
